This small dealer is good compared to the big player, 2024 i trade my 2002 Rav 4 not running, they still gave me the the present market value to trade their Subaru forester, the staff are approachable and professional to dealing with. Last month I just call them again to asked them find me my ideal car with reasonable price and they call me back. Now I got my outback running fun and good condition. I saw the car I wanted but as usual I was leary of a small used car dealership. I have had experiences that weren't great before. However, after checking out some of the vehicles I was surprised that no sales people were hounding me and pressuring me in any way. I was even more delighted to find that the car I wanted has a common issue which the dealer had already repaired! When I sat down to negotiate I was blown away by how straight forward our salesperson was. I asked a question and got a straight answer. Then I asked for my price and without any back and forth, they just said okay! Nine months later I am still loving my car and it has had ZERO issues.
